Today's prompt for the
challenge is to post ten things that make me really happy. That list for me is way longer than ten items, but here are just a few things that make me very happy.
 |
| 1. When I magically pull off a fancy hairstyle that I made up in a short amount of time. |
 |
| Desserts that look like this. Droooooool. |
 |
| This dog, those sunglasses. |
 |
| Peonies! |
 |
| Karaoke with my sister. |
 |
| Coffee and a snack (cake or cookies). |
 |
| Dinner with my parents. |
 |
| Kisses from this little boy (he just started giving kisses). |
 |
| Wine tasting with my dad. |
 |
| Waterfalls, especially when enjoyed with this girl. |
What's on your list?
Yes! Peonies and parents! I was hoping that the peony bushes at the lake would have bloomed or started to bloom when I was home but alas, I'll be waiting until June for that. Love this list. You're inspiring me to make one of my own!

Bummer that the peonies weren't in bloom! We have buds here that I am just dying waiting to bloom (yes, I love peonies so much that I anticipate the blooms). There are a few peony farms about an hour south of where I live with thousands of peonies of all varieties and colors- truly magical. I'd love to see what your happy list looks like!
DeleteOh, I love happy lists! I am constantly writing them out myself. :)
ReplyDeleteALL of those things would make me happy as well!
Right now... I am happy to have the opportunity to explore, my photography and blog has been getting a lot of recognition and that warms my heart. I'm also happy that I'm able to have my windows down in my home this morning and have a constant breeze blowing in... It's refreshing! :)
By the way, thank you so much for stopping by my blog. You have NO idea how happy you've made me letting me know that there are places like the Pacific Coast in IRELAND. Oh man. <3 It's always been my dream to live there...
I'm happy for you that your blog is getting recognition- it's so beautiful!
DeleteIt's funny, when I went to Ireland, I had been living abroad for 7 months and was missing the Pacific Coast, so seeing the west coast of Ireland felt a little more like home. :)
The best ones: Karaoke with your sister (awww!) and that dessert - did you MAKE that?!
ReplyDeleteI can't take credit for that dessert- that one was at a restaurant. Karaoke with my sister is really the best. Thank you for stopping by my blog! :)
DeleteWhat a great list! Cutest puppy ever, and I LOVE those sunglasses. On my list: peonies for sure, sunny spring days, my kitties and my blooming lemon tree, just to name a few.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Ooh, if I had a blooming lemon tree, that would so be on the list- that is awesome! And yay for sunny spring days!

ReplyDeleteThis whole list is GOLD! I totally feel you about pulling off fancy hairstyles without really trying. It's definitely a "brush your shoulders off" kind of moment. Also, that cake looks amazing and I love that your sunglasses kind of look like your dog's head! Not sure if you noticed that before, but it's so cute. I see those dogs often in Japan and they are just adorable! Thanks for sharing your list. :)

I have never noticed it before, but now I see it! Thank you for stopping by. :)
DeleteYou're totally right about that fancy hairstyle thing in no time at all. And then if you ever go to recreate it it's nearly impossible. Very nice list :)
ReplyDeleteYes! It is always impossible to re-create!
